Clean venue and great and courteous employees. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast. An electric kettle, a mini-fridge-bar, and a personal safe were convenient. Nice area, central location right by town centre, the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Gran Via, and Madrid in many ‘ business' hotels over the years.

The location was brilliant: convenience stores and shops were within walking distance. The airport was 30 km away. The staff were calm and brilliant at all times. My room was bright and quiet with balconies.
